My overall experience with SimplyBook.me has been very positive. I was able to set up most of the system on my own thanks to its clear and user-friendly interface. Whenever I wasn't sure about something, I could either use the built-in AI search tool, which pulls information directly from their materials, or contact live support. Both options were extremely helpful, and everything was successfully configured in the end. Ironically, the most challenging part of the setup was connecting the payment gateway, since the Stripe process is quite confusing. However, that is more of a Stripe issue than a SimplyBook.me one. We actually use SimplyBook.me for organizing a two-day event, not for running a business, and it still provides everything we need. It is flexible, intuitive, and works perfectly for our purposes. Overall, SimplyBook.me has fully met my expectations, and the price-to-performance ratio is excellent. I can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use booking system.

Great experience used for many years

We have used this system for around 8-9 years now and it has been great. At one point I considered Square Appointments, but it was more costly, and also not as easy to use and set up. Whenever I did have an issue the support team at SimplyBook.me has been outstanding.

The biggest advantage is the cloud based nature. This means I always have all my data with me, whether in the office, onsite with a client or on vacation. This has become indispensable for me. The best feature is definitely the documentation function, which allows you to save emails, photos and documents related to individuals and institutions in the history and link these to others. This way, all employees can see what has happened and what still needs to be done.

Simple to understand, clean, fresh interface. Great support documents. It is a very sophisticated system but made very easy to follow, understand and configure. After several searches and trials, some great, some not so, once I stumbled upon SimplyBook.me, that was it. All other trials were abandoned. I had found the holy grail.
